Meredith Bardill
Architect
Meredith, a middle Tennessee native, received her Bachelor of Architecture from The University of Tennessee at Knoxville in 2014. As part of that program, she spent a semester in Krakow, Poland, and traveled throughout western Europe. This immersive experience created an appreciation that architecture is continually molded by its culture, time, and place.
She spent the initial years of her career at an architectural firm in South Carolina gaining comprehensive experience in all phases of design and construction which quickly led to her licensure. When Meredith chose to return to Nashville, she worked with a firm that concentrated on community-based projects. She was the Project Coordinator for an addition and renovation of a private school in Nashville where she navigated solutions to complex problems & opportunities that arise in a renovation process. From these unique project types, she developed effective problem-solving skills and an eye for detail.
At the Workshop, Meredith applies her experience and skills in many phases of the projects in our studio including schematic design, design development, and documentation. Her ability to define and respond to unique design challenges and her knowledge of how buildings go together allow her to effectively collaborate with project team members and clients. Meredith is particularly pleased to be part of our architectural team which shapes the built environment of Nashville and middle Tennessee as it continues to grow and change.
