The project involved replacing existing windows in a 1970’s era building, upgrading from single-pane large format glass to thermally broken insulated glass. The new design was carefully chosen to respect the original architectural style.

The replacement of the western elevation was completed in Fall 2023 at a construction cost of $190,000.
