The new storage facility will contain records that are to remain accessible by TBI staff for an extended period of time (multiple years). These records are sensitive in nature and must be stored in a building capable of withstanding strong storms and environmental impacts
Design Highlights
-The TBI Secure Record Storage Facility will be used by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation for storing paper records, files, evidence, etc. The existing storage space for these items is located within the TBI headquarters building and is insufficient in size to accommodate current needs and allow for future growth. The new Secure Record Storage Facility will be a separate building, located within the secure perimeter of the TBI property.
