This interior build-out was for the general contractor, DWC, and lower-level tenant for the Lankford Hardware conversion. The design emphasized creating an efficient flow, integrating private offices, conference rooms, and collaborative meeting spaces. By adding new windows and carefully planned lighting, the project enhanced the interior’s brightness, creating an uplifting and productive atmosphere. Finishes and fixtures were chosen to bring a contemporary feel, complementing the tenant's vision for a fresh, professional environment.

The project team collaborated closely with DWC to ensure all elements met the client’s operational requirements while adhering to the budget and schedule. Shared restrooms and corridors were carefully designed to ensure convenience for both tenants while maintaining clear spatial separation. Every aspect of the build-out, from layout to material selection, was tailored to create a balanced, welcoming workspace.

Special attention was given to ensuring the new layout could adapt to the evolving needs of the tenant. Flexible spaces, such as dispersed meeting areas, were strategically positioned to encourage collaboration while maintaining privacy where needed. Durable yet visually appealing materials were selected to balance long-term usability with a polished aesthetic. The cohesive integration of these elements resulted in a space that not only met the client’s immediate requirements but also provided a foundation for future growth and functionality.
